Not loving your new purchase from Urban ? Not a problem. We accept returns received within fourteen ( 14 ) days of delivery. for a full refund.

Returns must be in a new, unworn condition within original packaging, including hang tags etc. completely intact. r account for the full merchandise [

Once your return has been received, we will reimburse your account for the full merchandise price.

Please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear in your account.

Damaged Merchandise.

All merchandise is fully inspected before it is despatched and sent to yourself. In the rare case that that you receive a damaged item please cointact our customer services at:

Genuine damaged items are due for a full refund.
